Our home in Berkeley Lakewas my first build and definitely my baby. I overly involved and feel bad for all the questions I asked our builder. My first “design” bug was in graphic design. Using those skills helped me visualize my ideas before presenting them. If you could not tell, describing my ideas is very hard for me. It was difficult leaving out real first house. Berkeley Lake, Georgia is absolutely a beautiful! We were located between the Chattahoochee River and Berkeley Lake. The location was really everything, but we needed more kids around. Harper was growing up as an only child with no other children in sight. If peaceful yet super close to awesome shopping is your speed, I highly advise checking out Sotheby’s for beautiful homes in the area. This is definitely an area I would love going back to when we retire. We really needed the change for our family, but the memories we created here will always be with us.
